If you have a device that no longer connects to the internet, there's a few things you can try. First, a simple restart may resolve the problem. If you're still offline after a restart, try the long reset procedure:

  • Turn off the device

  • Take out SIM card

  • Turn it back on without the SIM card and wait for it to say no SIM

  • Turn it back off and put the SIM back in

  • Once the SIM is back in the device, power it back on

  • Let is set for a few mins to see if it will register with the network

If your device is still offline after this, please reach out to us and we'll help you out. Please include the IMEI number of the device in question.

For Samsungs, make sure mobile data is set to on:

  1. If the tablet is on, restart it. If the tablet is off, turn it on

  2. Swipe down from the top of the screen and tap wifi to turn it off, in the same view, tap the gear to access the tablet settings:

  1. Once in settings, tap “Data Usage” on the left and then check off “mobile data”:

  1. On the pop-up that says “Use Mobile Data, Do you want to purchase data so you can use the Verizon network to access the internet?” tap yes

  1. You will be taken to a screen that looks like this*:

*Disregard what it says as you should now have service on the table and see a 4G symbol in the upper right hand corner. You can confirm service by going to chrome and accessing a website.

Once these steps are complete you can turn Wi-Fi back on if desired.
