Once you have a walklist uploaded to your script, you may find yourself needing to remove some or all of the subjects. We'll go over the two ways you can remove subjects from a walklist.
Removing an entire upload
If you'd like to remove an entire upload from a walklist, access the script and click the View Upload History button.
The next screen will detail the files that have been uploaded to your script, including the number of records for each. To remove an entire upload, click the Remove button to the right of an upload. The complete upload will be removed immediately.
Removing individual subjects
If you just need to remove individual subjects from an upload, follow the steps below. First, we'll prepare a Remove List, which is a file detailing which records are to be removed. This list will contain a single column with one identifier you'd like to use. Typically this will be an External ID. Here's what one can look like:
The system will identify the subjects matching this unique criteria, and will remove them. Once you have your Remove List ready, save it and navigate to the script you'd like to remove subjects from and click Upload Remove List.
On the next screen, navigate to your saved file and click Upload. If you're using a CSV, specify the delimiter before uploading.
Next you'll receive a preview of the subjects to be removed. Click Remove to finish.
Your specified subjects will be removed immediately.
