We've put together several reports that will provide useful information during the days leading up to your event and at the event itself. These reports will provide real time data regarding the performance of your event and participant information.

To get started, log into Canvass and click the Reports button. These reports are also available on the tablet by tapping Reports after opening the app menu (looks like 3 dots at the top right corner).

Event Day Tally Summary

This report will give you an at a glance view of the event as a whole. You'll be able to see totals for same day registrations/check ins, pre-registration totals, event type breakdowns, donation stats, and more.ย

Member Bib List

The Member Bib List report will generate a list of bib numbers for all registrants who have checked in and received their bib. This is typically used by your timing company, but it can also be useful if you'd like a list of participant bib numbers for other reasons, like associating participants with event day photos.

Member List

Similar to the Member Bib List, but this report will list every single participant who has registered and/or checked in, regardless of bib status. This includes all pre-registrants from web registrations. Useful if you simply need a list of every single participant. You'll also get their team name, shirt size, and status.

Team Pick List

The Team Pick List report will generate a list of teams, along with the number of shirt sizes for the participants in each. This can be handy if you want to get shirts ready for larger teams before check ins begin.

Team Tally Report

This report will list out each team, how many participants from each have checked in or not, if any new registrations have occurred under that team, and also how much money was collected for registrations.

Unified Script Export

The unified script export will provide you with the raw data for every single event that we've processed. This includes check ins, registrations, merchandise sales, and donations. We'll list out each event along with every bit of information we have for it, from survey responses and participant information to technical data like the time of the event, which user performed it, and the GPS location of the event.

Since this report can contain a lot of information, let us know if you'd like it customized. We can apply a template that will specify the order of the data, and exclude any fields that you don't need.
