Overview:

  • After you have texted the Video link to a voter, they will click the link and then click the Join button on the page they are taken to.

  • The Join button opens the Video room. The voter will see themselves on the screen via their camera.

  • As the voter enters the room, the number of Voters Waiting listed in the top left corner of the screen will increase by one.

  • This is your cue to click on the Video button at the top right to open the Video page and see who is waiting

The left half of the screen is the list of rooms that currently have a voter in them waiting to be surveyed. (1/2) indicates that the room is allowed two people in it and one is already in there. Once the room is occupied by two people, the JOIN button will disappear. At this point, the right half of the screen will be the image from your computers camera.

  • Once you have joined the room, you will see your video feed as well as the Voter’s.

  • The Join button on the left side will disappear, locking the room.

  • The three vertical dots will remain.

  • Clicking these dots gives you the options to start a survey or close the room
