If data connection is lost out in the field, surveys taken during that time will be stored on the tablet and synced to the server once connection is regained or a wi-fi connection is established. If for some reason, surveys from the field have not synced after a data connection or wi-fi has been reestablished, please follow these steps to sync the surveys:
1) Log out of the app
2) On the log-in screen, tap the "Sync Surveys" button in the bottom left hand corner
3) You will then see a pop-up showing the number of Unsent Surveys waiting to be synced. Tap "Sync" on that popup to attempt to resend these surveys.
4) Check to see if the missing surveys have synced to the server by accessing your reports
