Credit Card Reader Best Practices

1) Grassroots Unwired will never send third-party persons to repair or perform maintenance on leased credit card readers. Please always reach out to Russ or Diana via success@grassrootsunwired.com prior to granting anyone access to modify or troubleshoot readers.

2) Grassroots will always have you return devices to the following address:

Do not install, replace, or return devices without verification from GRU.

3) Always be aware of suspicious behavior around devices (for example, attempts by unknown persons to unplug or open devices) & report suspicious behavior and indications of device tampering or substitution to Grassroots as soon as possible via success@grassrootsunwired.com
