The Canvassing Results by Location Report will provide a quick snapshot of your canvassers and how they are performing for the given date range. To get started, log into the website and click the Reports button. Next, click Canvassing Results by Location Report.
Next, enter a date range and choose the location you'd like to run the report for. Finally, click Show Report to view the report in your browser, or Export to Excel if you'd like to download the report.
The report will list out each canvasser, then their details for the date range entered.
You'll see how many knocks they performed, how much time in hours they spent on the turf, how many knocks were made per hour canvassing, and how many individuals they attempted to canvass.
Next, you'll see totals for all possible statuses that were set when surveys did not occur. Finally, scrolling to the right, you'll see some more totals including the total number of contacts, the successful contact rate for households and individuals.
