Once you've cut and saved turf, you can use Lists to assign canvassers to it. To get started, log into the website and click the Lists button.
You'll be presented with a list of all your turf for today. If you're managing future turf, click the Future Lists tab. Otherwise, click on the name of the turf to begin assigning it.
You'll be presented with a preview of the turf map, stats for the turf at the top left, and a list of which canvassers are available to assign to it. Note that only canvassers who are assigned this script in their canvasser settings will be available to be saved to turf for this script.
To assign a canvasser to this turf, find their name on the left, click it, and click Add > in the center to move them to this turf. You can assign multiple canvassers to one piece of turf, for example Click Update List at the bottom when done. The turf will immediately be available to the canvasser when they log in.
You can also revisit this list page while canvassers are in the field to get real time updates to see how they're progressing through the list. The dots will change color on the map as they begin knocking, and the stats at the top left will update accordingly.
